Looks complicated lol but I’ll give it a try
Monica –
Kristen –
Noticed a few of the instruction guidelines appear to be incorrect (valley vs. mountain fold mixed up), but by referencing the final project images, it’s pretty easy to see which ones need to be reversed. This was a lengthy project but the end result is very accurate to the movie.

This is not a quick project. This takes many hours. There are many pieces and figuring out how they all go together is a smidge like a jigsaw puzzle. Every piece has numbers on every side and the matching pieces have the same number. There are more than 400 and less than 500 numbers. That being said, if you have the patience to follow the directions and connect the numbers, you end up with a completely awesome mask. I used poster board, a box cutter, and glue.

Somewhat challenging at times but honestly it was a lot of fun. Highly recommend for a disposable costume. I went to a shark rave

Good file download. Clear and easy to follow instructions. The mask turned out great and I am happy with my purchase!
Rebekah –
Great pattern looked amazing finished!
Some of the pattern was a bit difficult but manageable.
zephyrneumann –
Very well designed paper model. Easy to follow directions and assemble. These are some of the best paper craft models I’ve seen; they’re efficiently laid out and very fun to make!

Overall, I’m happy with the product. Once you get the hang of the assembly, it goes quickly, but set aside a few hours to build.

The intricacy of these is incredible. I went as the dragon to a Shrek rave and it did not disappoint. Make sure you give yourself lots of time to assemble this—it probably took me around 20 hours (I did a lot of extra decorating after it’s construction). It feels confusing at first, but once you figure it out it’s very straightforward!

I got a ton of compliments on my finished mask! But the final product was kind of messy. I wish the instructions had been clearer, or there had been a video, because I didn’t really know what I was doing and the process involved a lot of guesswork.

Made for daughters school play.
Estimate 15h – 20hrs. Would be 5 star if instructions were a touch clearer. The letters are missing off the pdf for the ears so it took a while to work out what the pieces were. And an instruction missing for jaw I think (pieces v, w and x).
It would be useful in instructions to show what piece the tab linked to as well so instead of just 112, if it said K112 then you would know where to look better.
Also on the pdf the display doesn’t show mountain and valley folds as different but they display fine when printed.
Would recommend, but don’t underestimate time needed.
(We deliberately didn’t add bottom jaw in attached photo as child needed to blow bubbles in her play)

The mask was a hit. Everyone LOVED it and kept asking for pictures.
**DO PLAN AHEAD THOUGH – THE MASK TAKES SEVERAL HOURS TO PUT TOGETHER!!** I used zip ties to add eyelashes

Issues with the 1st download, but Ricardo sent a 2nd file and happy with purchase and great customer service!

Took ages to make but well Worth it
Mona –
The finish mask turned out great ??

This mask went together much less effectively than others in the same series (especially the teeth wanting to pop out and come apart) and the back of the ears are visible so if you print on cardstock you have to cover up those marks somehow. Also if you print on letter size paper instead of the A4 it calls for it cuts off a couple corners of tabs. I spent well over 20 hours building it, possibly up to 40? Though a lot of that was due to artistic choices like hand embossing dragon scales on many of the peices. You’ll get massive compliments on it though and the masks all together have a lovely effect.

Make sure you allow enough time to make this! It took several days to complete but once you get the hang of it, it’s not too terrible. I used card stock and tape to assembled and the mod podge to make it a little sturdier. Added some zip ties to make eyelashes.

Order came through quick, looks easy enough to understand. My plans changed and I haven’t made the mask this year, but I will update with ease of making once I do.
Alejandra –

I’m an artsy person, more than most but this was crazy difficult. The other reviews are true when they say it takes about 20 or so hours and the finished result just isn’t particularly neat regardless of how careful you are. I think the only way to salvage my time is to maybe paper mache the outside
Jennifer –
This was a challenge but worth every moment. I would recommend.

Instruction are very minimal. Was missing pieces off the instructions all together. However, all the pieces tabs were numbered correctly. The tabs in some cases are extremely small. I found gluing was nearly impossible. I used an acid free double sided tape called ATG, which is used in professional matting. I also used light card stock and then had to print sheets according to the colors listed. All colors were right except one. There was a piece marked as brown on one sheet but the corresponding sheet (holes for the hornes) was not marked. The brown was not needed at all as it was a cut out/trash piece. The suggestion on a scorer and a ruler were imperative on the thicker paper. Took me multiple days to finish the mask. But in the it was worth it! It looked spectacular! And I got a tone of comments!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PRINT ON COLORED PAPER OR CARDSTOCK PAPER!!! Took me 10 hours to build. It was floppy because I used regular paper, but now that I know what I know, I recommend cardstock paper

Chiffres un peu petits à lire
Celia –
Took a lot of time!
Roxane –
Suzanne –
Will use in photo booth for school production. Great!
Rosa –
Fast download, easy directions to understand how to assemble

Marty –
This is just what i was looking for!
Danielle –
This definitely takes some time to assemble but is worth it! I used mostly hot glue and it worked well. Some parts tore slightly during assembly, so I reprinted those and adhered over the top. My only request would have been directions recommending which parts to put together first- I did the teeth last but would recommend putting those on first.

Mucho detalle

Looks good. Easy to understand. Haven’t made yet.

Excelente producto y excelente atención ??

Out of the three Shrek masks I’ve put together, this one was the most challenging and time consuming, by far. Give yourself plenty of time (8+ hours) and patience.
Stephanie –
Unfortunately you have to print this mask and DIY! ??
Melissa –
Very time consuming but an amazing result.
Rachel –
Be prepared for an art project. If you like arts and crafts and folding paper then this is a great buy! The seller is responsive and the template really works great.
LetMeDream –
Hopefully wont be too hard to build, super keen!
HecTooooriiito –
Karen –
This is awesome! I can’t believe the dragon came out so good from this!
Abbie –
Time consuming but we’ll worth it, absolutely Incredible
Tanvi –
I have to say despite the confusing/missing instructions and hours and hours of working (22hrs for me), it was so worth it for my Halloween party. My friends were shocked and genuinely felt great to have made this by hand. However! I do have suggestions: please add missing letters for some of the pieces that are not labeled, it also would be nice to know which piece connect to each other rather than just doing ctrl-find in the pdf.

EXCELENTE PRODUCTO, MUY CONTENTO CON LA COMPRA
Stephanie –
Turned out great. A couple of the instructions are missing (like where section x and g. That said the numbers help you figure it out.
Lynn –
Didn’t actually use, as we went for a different option.
Janneke –
I still have to make it, but instructions look great
Sew Pocky –
Time consuming project, but so rewarding! Those who were unsatisfied with the products are silly. It’s a $6 PDF pattern that probably took the artist forever to draft/create. It’s not rocket science, it’s literally just matching numbers together loool.
Anyways, recommend using hot glue or double sided tape for a quicker process. Have fun!
